1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use govern the legal relationship between GeoTechWork (the "Platform") and candidates who use the Platform (the "User"). By accessing or registering on the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in advance.

2. Account Security and Registration

Users declare that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. The User is responsible for the security of their account password and for all actions carried out through the account.

3. Use of Services

GeoTechWork is an intermediary platform that connects professionals with job opportunities abroad. The Platform does not guarantee the continued availability of posted vacancies or employment as a result of any application.

4. Consent for Documents and Data

The User expressly consents to the sharing of documents uploaded to the Platform, such as CVs, VCA certificates, and passports, as well as profile information, with employers and authorized GeoTechWork personnel for the purpose of evaluating application processes.

5. Right to Make Changes

GeoTechWork reserves the right to change the Platform content, design, or terms of use at any time without prior notice.
