GeoTechWork ("we" or the "Company") processes your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and international GDPR standards.

When you register in the system, we collect your name, surname, email address, phone number, nationality details, professional experience, and identity or career documents that you upload to the system, such as your CV and passport.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your job applications, carrying out matching processes with potential employers in the Netherlands and across Europe, supporting visa and immigration procedures, and managing system communications.

4. Data Transfers

Your data may be shared only with contracted employers, intermediary institutions directly involved in the recruitment and placement process, and relevant public authorities where legally required. Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Security and Retention

All of your data is protected on international servers with high security and modern cryptographic encryption standards. When you delete your account, all information is permanently erased from the system except data that must be retained by law.

To exercise your rights related to accessing, updating, deleting, or objecting to the processing of your data, you can use your profile settings in the system or contact us directly.
